DIFC Central Park (CP-08) Traffic Impact Study

Kling Consult (KC) commissioned Reza Mohammadi Consultancy (RMC) to undertake a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for Central Park development located on CP-08 plot within Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

This Traffic Impact Study is conducted to ensure that the development accesses and the affected transportation infrastructure around the development have sufficient capacity to accommodate the trips generated by this development. In line with the output from this TIS an appropriate mitigation measures will be recommended, if required.

Central Park is located on plot CP-08 within the DIFC close to Interchange 1 of Sheikh Zayed Road. The development is mixed use consisting of two towers – one residential and one office – with some retail and leisure activities.
